The Jolkia Training Cycle
1. Create your athlete profile
Input your age, max heart rate (if known), training availability (days, duration), and current fitness level.
2. Choose your goal
Preparing for a race (10k, Marathon, Ultra...) or just fitness? Jolkia builds a reverse periodization tailored to your target date.
3. Get your dynamic plan
Your plan isn't set in stone for 12 weeks. Jolkia generates sessions week by week, based on your actual form.
4. Train
Execute the sessions (Intervals, Threshold, Endurance...). Export them to your watch or memorize the structure.
5. Sync & Analyze
Your activities sync automatically via Strava. AI analyzes zone compliance, cardiac drift, and perceived exertion (RPE).
6. Continuous Adaptation
If you went too fast, or skipped a session, the rest of the plan recalculates automatically to keep you on track.
