Having a plan is good. Following it is better. But understanding what you did is key.

Subjective vs Objective Analysis

Jolkia analyzes two things after each session:

  1. Objective (Data): Did you respect the paces? Was cardiac drift normal? Is the external load compliant?
  2. Subjective (RPE): How did you feel? (Score from 1 to 10).

Adaptation

If the session was planned as “Easy” but you found it “Hard” (RPE 8/10) with a high heart rate, it’s a sign of fatigue. Jolkia will then automatically lighten the following days to allow recovery.

Without this debrief, you would have continued to push, heading straight for overtraining.
